1. Call centre
NBR call centre: 09643 717171. Tax officials answer e-Return questions during office hours, except public holidays.
2. Email
Use the Service center section of the e-Tax portal to report a problem by email.
3. Tax zone help desks
During filing season, every tax zone runs an e-Return help desk.
